We stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your mission. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
